SIMPLE PRANAYAM TECHNIQUES

Welcome to the world of pranayam.

PRACTICE THESE SIMPLE TECHNIQUES : "30 minutes a day and keep doctors away"

These "SIMPLIFIED PRANAYAM TECHNIQUES" as we may call it, if practices properly, works for almost any problem(emotional and physical) and with 100% gurrantee. IT IS PROVEN ALREADY.

As there is no space without gravity, pranayam influences each and every aspect of life.

There are several pranayamas. After a thorough experimentation and data collection, it is proved that a set of 7 simple pranayama techniques can serve almost all the necessities to live a healthy(physically/psychologically) life.

It is proved that almost any disease can be cured/prevented by the regular practice of these 7 pranayamas ( Vhastrika, Kapalbhati and Anulom-Bilom are the main three).

Though it is very tough to explain them properly without a live demonstration, I would try my best to write and explain the main three pranayams for you.

A lot has to know before starting practice. So, I will try to explain them if you want to know but my main aim will be to explain the procedures of Vhastrika, Kapalbhati and Anulom-Bilom for now.

If these three pranayams are practiced properly you will get the result within 7 days. Only Kapalbhati can reduce weight 1/4kg. to 1kg. regularly. The interesting part is that 'Kapalbhati never reduces weight when the body gains its optimum weight'.

Pranayama is very powerful. If practiced properly, it produces result within a few days. A wrong way to practice pranayama may be harmful. It is recommended to learn pranayama face-to-face from a guru. So, please make a clear idea what you are going to do before you start. Once started, it will be a part of your daily activities. If there is any confusion, I am always an email away.

I will be very precise while describing the techniques.


Get Ready :
Practice pranayama when your stomach is almost empty (3 to 5 hours after you take any food). So, dawn is the right time to practice it. You may practice in the evening too. Actually, DAWN and DUSK are the two proper times to practice pranayama(YOG). Avoid rich food, take fruits and vegetables to get result soon. Pranayams is not for patients only, it is for everyone.

Sit in a comfortable position. Be careful that your spinal cord remains straight ( head, neck and back should be in a straight line). Use your nostrils to breath and not the mouth.

START :
First the breathing techniques. People who practices yoga, teaches abdominal breathing. We strongly forbid to practice abdominal breathing.

Breathing :
Common people uses only 1/4 of their lungs as they never take deep breath. So, 1/3 part of the lungs remain inactive. Take deep breath. Fill in your lungs completely when you breathin and empty your lungs completely when you breathout.

There are three actions :
(i)Inspiration(inhale), we call it Purak,
(ii)Hold, we call it Kumbhak and
(iii)Expiration(exhale), we call it Rechak.

I will recommend you not to hold the air in your lungs while breathing. So, do Inspiration(purak) and Expiration(rechak).

NO HOLDING PLEASE AS IT REQUIRES PROPER TRAINING OR IT MAY BE VERY HARMFUL.

Vhastrika :
So, take a deep breath. Completely fill in your lungs with air while inhaling. Your chest must expend when you inhale. Be careful that you never fill in your stomach with air. Your abdomen should remain as it is when you breath in. Now, exhale comfortably.

Do the same (inhale and exhale) continuously for 3 to 5 minutes. Do it very comfortably and never get hurry. It will become a habit to use the lungs completely. As a result, the rate of breathing will decrease. As, you may know that the animal whose rate of breathing is less live more, Vhastrika will help to live long. There are a lot of benefits of these pranayamas. I am not going to discuss that. Just practice and you will tell me after a few days.

When you inhale, think that the energy of the universe (Oxygen) is filling your body.

Kapalbhati :
Just exhale. Inhalation will take place automatically. Never try to inhale in this pranayama. Give a pressure to exhale the air through both of your nostrils. THIS IS THE PRANAYAMA WHICH CAN CURE/PREVENT ALMOST ANY DISEASE. When you exhale the air from your lungs, your abdomen(stomach) will give a pressure to the diaphragm to create a pressure to the lungs so that the air exhales. Your shoulders must not jump when you practice. Do it continuously for 2 minutes, stop, take rest and start again for 2 minutes. You have to practice this pranayama for 10 to 15 minutes daily.

Just think that you are throwing away all your tensions, Carbon-di-oxide, diseases etc. with the action of this exhalation while doing this pranayama.

Anulom-Bilom :
Close your right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and inhale with the left nostril. Now, close the left nostril with the (middle finger+ring finger) of your right hand and exhale through your right nostril.

Inhale through your right nostril keeping your left nostril close with your right middle+ring fingers, close your right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and exhale through the left nostril.

Always fill the lungs completely and exhale all the air you took before you inhale again. Continue for 5 minutes.

I have tried to write the techniques properly and very very briefly without any explanation. A live demonstration is essential. Please be careful to follow exactly ...

Don't proceed with any confusion in your mind. I am always here to give you a clear idea.

Check your BP today (and the Blood Sugar if needed), start practicing pranayama and check it again after 2/3 days if you are a patient of the said problems. I am sure, you will stop taking medicine ( I never recommend to stop but the patient himself feels fresh and stops) within a few days. Kindly consult your physician before you stop taking medicine.
